Could be better at this price with expensive cleaning fee

I have faced some problem wirh internet connection and the host didn’t speak english on call fone, only by messenger throught Agoda App. I got some help from my son a japanese speaker to complete self check in. The beds were to much noising, we could’nt sleep with the squeaks!

Really convenient location, and the flat was clean and tidy when I arrived, and had a washing machine available and free wifi!

Comfortable stay near Shin Osaka

The apartment/room is large enough with a separate toilet and bathroom, a small kitchen with few amenities and a decent large bedroom(probably the largest you will see if you are a budget traveler in Japan). It also comes with a washing machine. It takes 15mins to the station on foot. The host provides directions on accessing the apartment and other instructions before checking in as there's no reception.

These are not complaints really but may be useful to those planning to stay here: 1. The washing machine dries clothes up to 60%. You would need to air dry them later on. No drying racks are provided. There are a few hangers though. 2. While booking, make advance payment to booking.com directly or use any other option where your payment would be handled by booking.com. Many of my cards failed while making payment on the link the host provided me just before checking in (I never faced any payment issue with any other booking or purchases in Japan). This was scary as it was just a day before checking in and the host would refuse your stay.

Worth the money!

It was very cost efficient and it provided us with the essentials we needed to have a pleasant stay. It was pretty close to Shin-Osaka Station and there were plenty of convenience stores close to the apartment.

There was quite a bit of dust collected on top of the mirror in the bathroom. And unfortunately we were unable to use any kitchen appliances.

Spacious for two people. Close to two convenience stores

Wooden bed frames on both beds were very creaky and made a lot of noise. Anytime anyone moved at night, it would wake the other person. Train and plane noise. A microwave would have been useful.

Good big apartment. It's really close to Shin-Osaka. Fast answers.

The beds are quite noisy when moving around. When we arrived, the bathroom wasn't finished cleaning, and a used towle was on the floor. I contacted the property, and they cleaned it the same evening when we went out for dinner. Overall, it didn't really feel deep cleaned only on surface level. Really cheap so the issue were okay for us.

Good

Good space for two people, max for three. Showers is very good. It has a small balcony, so I was able to dry the washed clothes. It has a large closet that allows you to store suitcases.

It has no kitchen accessories, except for a couple of old plastic plates and glasses. I myself bought two glass cups at the 100YEN store to be able to drink coffee in a more decent way. A table is also missing, albeit a small one. It could be a folding table that can also be stored in the closet, for example.

Pleasant

Location was good and the place was well sized and clean. The placed was as advertised.

Too dark mostly because the kitchen light was flickering. No real sitting arrangement, had to pile on stools in order to reach the breakfast table. Air-conditioning did not work and when I asked about it they told me how to troubleshoot it which did not work since it wasn't going on in the first place. Luckily it wasn't needed much so I did not get bothered by it.

What would you highlight about Enzo Shin-Osaka C

I really enjoyed the stay and would use them again.

The property is nicely located, only about a 10 min walk from Shin-Osaka. We were never out late but we never had any issues or felt unsafe on the walk home. The beds come apart too and there is a washer.

I wish there was a clothesline. There is a washer but no dryer. The beds also fill the room if you’re using all 4 and it makes it cramped. Overall this was not a big deal as we mostly spent our time in the city, not in the room.

Very Good

This location is good not bad .You can track JR Train and Hankyu Train not far from This place. There is no Gas for cooking but have Family Mart and Laundry.

Please tell Cleaner to clean Carefully. Because When I check in there is some can in Bin and Air conditioner of grille is Dirty I have to pick a grille to clean .
